Hello! I'm Morgan
I have been a registered nurse for almost 6 years. I began my career as a nurse in the ER of a small community hospital. I then transitioned to the intensive care side, working in the Coronary Care Unit of a large hospital in Little Rock. A little after a year of working in the ICU, I realized that my passion was the ER. I transitioned back to the ER at Arkansas's only Level I Trauma Center. I also worked as a travel nurse in Memphis for a 16 week contract during this time. During my time at these facilities, I have also been involved in various leadership roles which has allowed me to combine my passion for creativity, team-leadership, problem-solving skills, education and clinical expertise to influence nursing practice that improves patient outcomes.
